Morgan Pools Ltd are a swimming pool engineering company based in

THE ROLE:
Swimming pool, spa and steam room servicing and maintenance. Plant room

EXPERIENCE:
Proven experience within the swimming pool industry is essential for

Design Manager

The position will be mainly office based in Fareham, Hampshire but you will be expected to attend client meetings, with most of our contracts being in London and surrounding counties. All business travel will be provided.

You will be experienced in 2D CAD and preferably also 3D software

Hydrotherapy Pool Technician & Physiotherapy Assistant (dual role)

£17,102 per annum fte

We are looking for a Hydrotherapy Pool Technician & Physiotherapy Assistant to work in a dual role across the Physiotherapy department as well maintaining the running of our hydrotherapy facility.

You will be responsible for maintenance and running of the pool and plant room. As such, you will need to hold a pool plant operator’s certificate – current or within past year.

As part of the dual role you will work 15 hours per week around the pool and 20 hours in the gym. You will work as part of a team of Physiotherapists and Physiotherapy Assistants supporting to deliver high quality therapy programmes. You must hold or be willing to work towards a Level 3 NVQ, or Diploma in a healthcare related subject.

You must ensure that hydrotherapy work areas are kept tidy and equipment cleaned regularly as per the pool protocol, ensure all equipment is safe to use and report any faulty equipment to the Physiotherapy Manager. You will ensure that the pool is maintained to a very high standard promoting its long term usage. You will be responsible in ensuring that all equipment used in the pool is done so correctly and safely as per departmental protocols and have overall accountability for the pool area, in the absence of the Physiotherapy Manager. You will ensure that the pool is suitable and safe for use, whenever it is required.

Our Physiotherapy service delivers a high quality service to learners and citizens with a wide range of disabilities including Autism, Cerebral Palsy and Learning Difficulties. The Physiotherapy service operates one of the UKs largest Hydrotherapy facilities.

You will assist the Physiotherapists with the rehabilitation of students, using a range of delegated exercises and manual physical therapy treatments. You will assist in the treatment of students as delegated by the Physiotherapist within the pool area and support the assessment of student progress, reporting back to the Physiotherapist.

About the job

With company growth we are now looking for an experienced and competent engineer to carry out all electrical installations on our projects, predominantly in and around London within basement fit-outs with swimming pool, spa and sauna wellness suites.

Duties

As a London based electrician, you will be working as part of the on-site team, reporting directly to the Project Manager and office based management team.

Your duties will include:

  • Electrical installation within plant rooms
  • Electrical installation of all lights
  • Fault finding and compiling snagging lists
  • Communication with Project Manager and management team

Requirements

  • Must be experienced in high-end pool installations
  • Must be qualified to sign off and commission
  • Experienced in fault finding
  • CSCS
  • Full clean driving licence
