LUKE GRIFFITHS<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

General Manager<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Luke started his career as a lifeguard aged 16, where he progressed to management, while earning a degree in Leisure Management and Events.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Previously STA\u2019s Technical Manager for Pool Plant; Luke developed leisure industry qualifications and training. Now, he is focused on continuing the excellent work Ross and the ISPE Council has done, whilst taking ISPE forward. Growing and supporting its members by improving the professional development and training opportunities available.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Outside work, he\u2019s a dedicated Dad, football coach, vets football player, and long suffering West Bromwich Albion fan.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

JASON WATKINS<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Digital Communications and Office Co-Ordinator<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Jason began his working career at 14 being support to a market trading store, working weekends and around his school schedule. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

His first full-time role was with the Swimming Teachers’ Association, where over 19 years, he honed key skills in customer service, administration, IT, and digital services. Jason has brought his experience to ISPE, helping to enhance the company and ensure its history and membership are well-recognised.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Outside of work, Jason is a proud father of two. He enjoys cooking, socialising, and watching various sports, with a particular passion for football as an Aston Villa fan.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
