To address this, we launched a special promotion for International Women\u2019s Day, offering free enrolment and registration for women signing up for the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ispe.co.uk\/wb\/ispe-study-course\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">ISPE Study Course<\/a>, along with free entrance fees for new female members. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>However, during the promotion, we received no applications. This highlights the deeper barriers preventing women from entering the industry. Instead of seeing this as a setback, we\u2019ve chosen to extend the offer until 30th June to encourage more women to get involved.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Additionally, we need more female voices at <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ispe.co.uk\/diary-dates\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">ISPE seminars<\/a>. If you\u2019re a woman in the industry interested in presenting, please get in touch.
