New Build Manager – Luxury Swimming Pools

THE ROLE

London Swimming Pool Company is a multi-award-winning leader in luxury swimming pool design, construction, refurbishment and servicing across London and the South East. With over 40 years of excellence and more than 60 industry awards, we’re now looking for a New Build Manager to join our team.

This is a key sales and project management role with clear long-term progression for the right person.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

• Managing the full lifecycle of high-end new build swimming pool projects
• Meeting prospective and existing clients on-site and at our New Malden office
• Preparing proposals, supporting technical design discussions and winning new projects
• Overseeing site progress through to final handover, ensuring exceptional quality and customer experience
• Building strong relationships with homeowners, architects, contractors and design partners
• Representing our brand, values and reputation for excellence at all times

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Extensive experience in the swimming pool industry – ideally in pool construction
• A natural relationship-builder with a proven track record of outstanding customer service
• Strong project management skills: organised, proactive and commercially aware
• Confident working on-site and in client-facing situations
• Ambition to grow into a broader sales, leadership and strategic role

JOB TITLE

Business Development Executive

THE ROLE

We are looking to recruit a Business Development Executive to develop the sales environment within an established family run business, linking all current sales and marketing avenues.

This is a stand-alone position, responsible for all operational activities associated with sales and marketing.  The successful candidate will report directly to the Company Owner and Director and liaise with the Office Manager and Digital Marketing Associate.

• Providing guidance, advice, and support to customers regarding products and services. 
• Processing orders, producing quotes, and ensuring smooth follow-through. 
• Reporting activity and managing leads.
• Managing a portfolio of existing customers and identifying new business opportunities.
• Building strong relationships with customers and suppliers through inbound and outbound calls and emails.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in growing sales and will be target driven and focussed.  Industry experience is a prerequisite for this position.
